My Mom taught me something very important at a very young age: give. and if you cannot give financially, then give of your talents. But regardless, give. So it isn’t surprising to anyone that I love anything that supports a cause. Even more than that, I love any time a woman (or in this case women) use their time and talents to do something really creative and give back to something they truly believe in. These are the kind of women that inspire me.
All that to say that when an old friend of mine contacted me about a company her and her sister started to help support a charity that works to end sex-slavery, I knew that I wanted to take part. Let me introduce you to sisterly ties:
Based out of Houston, Sisterly ties was founded by sisters who love to create things and wanted to find a way to give back. So what they ended up creating were no crease hair ties in really awesome colors. Guys, I am OBSESSED with these ties!
